2nd place went to Jimmy Braum for his entry of a
Wheeling and Lake Erie Ry business car 1990.
Prototype information: originally a Great Northern lounge car, rebuilt in the 1980's into an
inspection car. Then owned by a Robert Bixler and named "The Buckeye Lady". Purchased by the
Wheeling on the death of Mr. Bixler.
Model information: Completely scratchbuilt and 3D printed from resin. Interior matches video on youtube,
and features all under car equipment. Decals from CMR products. Paint is modelflex badger paints.
